Delete your account

You can permanently delete your BolaBabble account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: From the app

  1. Open BolaBabble on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation.
  3. Tap Account → Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account, transcripts, milestones, and any cloud-stored data are erased immediately.

Option 2: By email

Email aveersaxena@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject line Delete my BolaBabble account. We will verify and delete your account within 30 days and send a confirmation when complete.

What gets deleted

  • Account profile and authentication record
  • All transcripts, recordings metadata, words, and milestones
  • Any device tokens used for sync

Anonymous diagnostic and crash data that cannot be linked to your account may be retained to improve the app.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
