Terms of Service

BolaBabble (the "App") is operated by Aveer Saxena (sole developer). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. BolaBabble is designed for parents and guardians; you confirm you have the right to record any child whose audio you capture.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App; (b) use the App to record audio of people who have not consented; (c) interfere with the App's operation or security; or (d) use the App for unlawful purposes.

You retain all rights to recordings, transcripts, and milestones you create with BolaBabble. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the App.

Paid features, if any, are billed through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

BolaBabble is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or developmental advice. Consult a qualified professional for concerns about your child's development.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BolaBabble and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
