FAQ
- Does BolaBabble upload my child's voice to the cloud?
- No. Audio is transcribed on-device using WhisperKit. Only the text transcripts and milestone metadata sync to your private cloud account.
- What devices are supported?
- iPhone and iPad running iOS 18 or later.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also request deletion at bolababble.com/support/delete-account.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → BolaBabble → Cancel.
- The microphone permission was denied. How do I re-enable it?
- Open the iOS Settings app → Privacy & Security → Microphone → enable BolaBabble.
- Where do I report a bug?
- Email aveersaxena@gmail.com with your iOS version, device model, and a short description.
