FAQ

Does BolaBabble upload my child's voice to the cloud?
No. Audio is transcribed on-device using WhisperKit. Only the text transcripts and milestone metadata sync to your private cloud account.
What devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 18 or later.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also request deletion at bolababble.com/support/delete-account.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → BolaBabble → Cancel.
The microphone permission was denied. How do I re-enable it?
Open the iOS Settings app → Privacy & Security → Microphone → enable BolaBabble.
Where do I report a bug?
